Comment Rules
Reply to EVERY comment in the first 60 minutes.
Ask a follow-up question when possible — turns a comment into a thread.
Pin the best comment on each post.
Keep replies short and real. No corporate voice.
If someone tags a friend, reply to the tagger AND the friend.
Core Principle
Every DM is a potential sale. Every comment is a signal. Treat conversations like 1-on-1 interactions, not customer service. Be direct, be real, and always move toward a next step — whether that's a link, a hold, or early access.
